We often collaborate on certain training horses together and tailor the program to each individual horse.  Your horse's best interest is priority number one. 

60 Day minimum on new horses 
90 Day minimum on colt starting 
30 Day accepted on a case by case basis

Sales Horses- Knowing the horse well and finding a good match for each horse is important to us. Therefore, sales horses will typically require atleast 30 days in training before marketing to the public to ensure we understand the horses needs and know where they are at in their training to best market them. It is encouraged to have baseline x-rays taken prior to marketing on horses in a higher price bracket. It is required that all horses are up to date on routine maintenance, vaccines and dental work. 
Horses under $10,000 - 15% commission 
Horses over $10,000- 12% commission
